Two men, one surface grinder, and a rule we kept.
Technika CNC Solutions started in 1994 in a rented hall outside Frankfurt, rebuilding grinding machines for local toolmakers. The rule then was simple: nothing leaves the building before it is measured. Three decades later, the hall is 1,400 m², the team is 38 people, and the rule has not changed.
Today we do three things. We manufacture machine enclosures and handling systems for German OEMs. We rebuild and retrofit used CNC machines to original tolerance. And we trade those machines, buying from closing plants across Germany, Italy and Switzerland, selling to manufacturers in Europe, the United States and Canada.
Around two thirds of our machines ship outside the EU. That is why export paperwork, Incoterms and customs brokerage sit inside the company rather than with an outside forwarder, and why a US or Canadian buyer gets the same answer time as a buyer in Stuttgart.

Measured, not described
Every machine is inspected against a protocol before it is listed. If a machine does not meet our threshold, it does not reach the catalogue.
One accountable partner
Inspection, paperwork, freight and commissioning sit with the same team, so nothing falls between a dealer and a forwarder.
Built for the long run
We would rather rebuild a 1998 machining centre to tolerance than sell a tired one and disappear.
Cross-border by default
Two thirds of our machines leave the EU. US and Canadian paperwork is routine, not an exception.
